Executive Coach and Keynote Speaker
Austin Walker is a Meta Performance Executive Coach with Novus Global and faculty at the Meta Performance Institute.
He coaches C-suite executives, founders, championship teams, and nonprofit leaders, and he speaks at leadership events nationwide. He holds a Master's Degree in Transformational Leadership and is based in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area of Minnesota.
I want you to escape the constant cycle of trying harder.
Most leaders I meet are already working hard. That is usually the problem. Working harder is the first tool anybody reaches for, and it is the one that runs out first.

How Austin Coaches
Meta Performance starts from a different premise: high performance is a floor, not a ceiling. What most leaders call their limit is usually a ceiling they built themselves and then forgot they built.
Austin has spent more than 15 years leading teams across multiple locations, and he coaches the way he learned to lead. Direct, warm, and unwilling to let a capable leader settle for a version of themselves they have already outgrown. He works with clients to clarify a vision worth chasing, name the blind spots in the way, and change who they are being rather than just what they are doing.
Coaching clients meet with Austin over Zoom.
Speaking
Austin speaks at corporate leadership events, CEO peer groups, and professional association conferences nationwide, on leadership capacity, ownership and accountability, performance conversations, and bold decision-making.
Outside the Work
Austin and his family live in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area. When he is not coaching, he is probably talking about college football, playing with his daughters, or trying to keep up with the latest streaming show.
